IFSC Insurance Office, Gift City

The New India Assurance Co ltd has set up International Financial Services Centre’s Office ( IIO) as abranch at IFSC Gift City Gandhinagar and are operating since 28 th October 2016. Gift City Gandhinagar is India’s first operational Smart City. IFSC is considered as deemed foreign territory, wherein regulated entities are allowed to do business in freely convertible currencies.

At Gift City, we provide Insurance and Reinsurance Solutions globally. We are authorized to write both Direct and Reinsurance business:

Regulator

The IFSCA (International Financial Services Centres Authority) was established on 27th April 2020 under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act 2019. It is headquartered at Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

IFSCA is a statutory unified regulatory body under the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. IFSC Insurance Office (IIO) is regulated by IFSCA.
